The Ranch reserves the right to cancel a tour due to bad weather conditions such as thunderstorms, high winds of +45km/h, heavy rain, etc.

Rides of 3 hours or more are payable 48hrs in advance by interac transfer and are non-refundable except for bad weather at the Ranch.

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48hrs in advance free of charge.
